Brian helped guide me through getting a water quality report from a trusted source to evaluate the water from our new well. Hey, you don’t know who I am but my name is Dani I’m a random college girl who was dealing with hard water every single day at my college rental apartment in Florida. I recently had a consultation with Brian and am so glad I did. We are looking for a whole house filter and also changing the type of under the sink filter we are using. Brian is very knowledgeable and detailed and really explained the different filter options and helped to simplify the over abundance of information I was looking at. After learning our treatment goals and looking at our water testing, he provided a very detailed written report which is followed up with a phone call to explain everything in the report. Now I can confidently make a decision on which filter will work best for our needs and not be wondering if I have evaluated the options correctly.

By being independent consultant, he keeps his integrity and is able to recommend best systems for each individual home according to water test results. He is not swayed by sales percentage like majority of other "experts".

Here's a big shoutout to Brian Campbell, the Water Filter Guru, who helped me make sense of what's wrong with my water, which of the commercial whole-house filtration systems would address the issues and why it was worth doing. His $99 consulting fee to analyze my TapScore water test report was worth every penny. Had been putting off purchasing a water softener for a couple yrs. Finally caved in and started researching. Came across the water filter guru on youtube and several others then did research on my own. I decided to reach out to water filter guru and their response and tips were great. Really assisted me in learning. I was first looking at a cheaper brand from my local lowes but heard bad experiences with delivery. Purchased a system I feel after reading that will last yrs to come. Hired a local plumber but waiting on my install date to come. The calcium build up in the house has been insane and skin always feels dry and itchy. Down the road hope to be able to install an entire filtration with RO. Glad to have come across the water filter guru for tips which he freely offered. Ty sir.

The nicest guy here walked me though every step of the way on how to think about waters I have access to(ground/well water vs tap) and how to effectively test them. Furthermore, I got direction on how to understand the test results and ideal water filters to use thereafter. You cant go wrong with Water Filter Guru!

What a wealth of knowledge! I've found the Water Filter Guru website to be helpful for anything and everything water related - their content is easy to read, they have a huge library of information to reference and they are incredibly helpful and prompt if you reach out directly. I bought a home on a private well and had to go through the process of shocking my well, testing the water and then had to choose both a water softener and RO system for our drinking water. Water Filter Guru has been a life saver to help me learn what I needed and also not to get ripped off by any service providers I was considering. Can't recommend them highly enough!
