Water is essential for life and is used by your body for a variety of basic bodily functions including regulation of body temperature.

Even though many of know this, it’s easy to forget to drink water.

We will briefly explore the most practical and easy tips to help you stay on top of it and reap the numerous benefits of adequate hydration.

Carry a reusable water bottle

Having a water bottle by your side throughout the day serves as a reminder to stay hydrated.

You could consider including water breaks into a daily schedule or better yet make sure you drink a glass of water before each meal.

Set a schedule

Sometimes, plain water is also plain boring! Instead of grabbing sugary sports drinks or other beverages, spice it up by infusing your water with fruit and herbs.

Infuse your water with flavor

It may also be challenging to stay on top of hydration when you’re not sure how much you should drink. Try out using an app on your phone or smart watch that helps you track your water intake.

Use a water tracking app

Similar to adding infusing your water with fruit to add flavor to your water, sparkling water might be just what you need to keep water enticing!
